Nick Ryan - Panelist Marquette Companies

Nick Ryan serves as CEO of Marquette Companies. As one of the founding partners, he has been with Marquette since the company’s inception in 1983. With over 35 years of experience in real estate development and investment, Nick has been involved in more than $3 billion in transactions, primarily in the multifamily sector, but also including office, industrial, hotel, retail, student and senior housing.

Nick is a civil engineer by profession, bringing engineering and analytical skills to new acquisitions and developments, but his biggest asset is his commitment to forming win-win relationships with major companies, institutional partners and clients.

He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association and National Multi-Family Housing Corporation and serves as board president for the Institute for Community. A licensed real estate broker, he holds a civil engineering degree from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
