Adam Friedberg is the chief executive officer of Mavrek Development, a vertically integrated real estate development firm headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

Adam is a flexible strategist who balances long-term vision with the ability to take advantage of unexpected short-term opportunities. He is a driving force leading Mavrek’s growth over the past several years and his ambitious vision and ability to build consensus has enabled Mavrek to become one of the most active development companies in Chicago. Adam’s responsibilities include running point on new projects, entitlement and zoning, due diligence, debt funding and equity raises, brokerage and sales. Adam brings an engaging and collaborative approach to Mavrek’s development process.

Adam grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, graduated from Syracuse University and now lives in Lakeview with his wife Alyssa and son Andy.
