Andrew Niewiarowski -

As principal of Chicago-based Park Incorporated since 2000, Andrew Niewiarowski is a real estate industry veteran with more than two decades of experience investing in a variety of multifamily assets in Chicago and Southwest Florida.

Through his work with Park, Andrew has developed a deep expertise in the long-term ownership and operation of multifamily communities including both market-rate and affordable properties. Additionally, he has been integral to establishing Park’s strong track record in preserving and managing affordable housing, cultivating positive working relationships with governmental partners critical to the success of these assets and ensuring Park properties consistently receive exemplary ratings.

A past president and current member of the Lincoln Park Builders, Andrew also serves as a director of the Real Estate Investment Association. In addition, he is a member of the Union League Club and has been recognized along with the Park team by the Collier County Sheriff’s Department in Florida for ongoing service to help fund community events, support local youth and prevent crime.

Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Andrew worked as a mechanical engineer in both a project management and design capacity on projects ranging from postal equipment to gas sensors for the semiconductor industry.

Andrew holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and Duke University, respectively. An avid outdoorsman who enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and rowing, he is a proud Chicago native and currently resides in the city’s Ravenswood neighborhood with his family.
