Bella Campise is the co-founder and CEO of Aigentless, an Al-powered self-guided tour platform that pairs on-demand access with real-time prospect engagement. The software significantly reduces the cost of leasing and provides owners and operators with valuable insights into what current renters demand.

In 2021, Bella began studying at Northwestern University, and while there, was the co-president of the Investment Banking Club and on-campus recruiting lead for Bank of America. In summer 2022, she interned for Bank of America’s Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging group.

Inspired by her own apartment search, Bella left Northwestern in 2024 and co-founded Aigentless at 20 years old. Under her leadership, the company has become the leading self-guided tour platform in the market and has grown to 27 employees with offices in Chicago and New York. Aigentless now has close to 100,000 units on the platform.

Bella is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and was recently named Multifamily Executive’s 2026 Rising Star of the Year.
